Reporting a correction

- why you believe it needs correction; and
- a reliable public source, if you have one.
Reports are reviewed based on the information available. A request for a change does not automatically mean that the existing content is incorrect, but useful correction reports help improve the site.
Calculator and technical reports
For a calculator issue, include enough information to reproduce the problem without sending sensitive personal data (e.g. the inputs tested and the unexpected output).
